I would like to thank all the staff for there care of our son, he is so happy here and the way he has come on, he loves the nursery and as you know we find it hard trying to get him to come home each day.
I have recommended the nursery to friends and colleagues and the savings we have made has been an added bonus. We couldn't believe that you did term time places as well, I worked out that by us being able to do these sessions to fit around our teaching work, we were also saving per year £1,8090 on childcare fees per year. This enabled us to put our son in for sessions during the holidays so he had consistency and also so we could catch up on marking. This has still saved us an amazing £1,4010 per year.
As a family this saving is great but the care our son receives is priceless.
As a professional working as a Family Support/Child Development Worker for many years, my husband and I were looking for an Early Years setting that provided a friendly, safe and healthy environment for our son to achieve his full potential.
We approached the nursery with high expectations of what we wanted as parents. This was partially due to my understanding of how nurseries are regulated. On our first visit to the nursery, management staff introduced themselves and made us feel welcome and valued. We had previously visited other nurseries and the staff had failed to say hello. As they say first impressions last.
This setting has exceeded all our expectations and more, this also shows by their fantastic achievement in their Ofsted report. This nursery provides families like ours with high quality provision for our son. The nursery recognises that every child is individual and they cater for their individual needs. Overton has high standards of cleanliness through out the nursery and you can tell that when you visit.
We are invited to regular parents evenings so we can talk about our sons development and future targets, which was lovely. The nursery are great at communication and keep us updated.
Overall this nursery rates 10/10 in my opinion and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff and wish them all the success for the future. My son is constantly asking "go see Lee Lee" (Leanne, his Key Worker) on Saturdays and Sundays. That's confirmation for me and my husband that our son is very happy and settled.
